How long does it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Estimated shipping times may vary depending on location and dates. COVID-19 closures, holidays and weather events may cause package delays. If you don’t receive your package within 21 days of purchase, please email us at info@happifeline.com.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Please note you will not get tracking information until your order is processed and shipped. Please allow for additional processing time currently due to extra safety messages around COVID-19.

How do I cancel my order?
If your order has not been processed, you may cancel your order by emailing your cancellation request to info@yourhappifeline.com. Please allow up to 5 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your original payment method.

If the order has already been sent for processing it cannot be adjusted or cancelled. However, you may return items that are unused and in original condition within 15 days of delivery. Due to additional quarantine measures around return shipments, please allow up to 10 business days, from the receipt of your return package, to process your returns. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please allow up to 5 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your original payment method.

How should I care for my sterling silver jewelry?
We recommend that customers remove jewelry before going to bed or participating in physical activity. Exposure to certain harsh chemicals or environments will result in compromising the integrity of your jewelry. This includes, but is not limited to the following: perspiration, perfumes, cleaning agents, chlorine, salt water. Quick tip: Make sure your jewelry is the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off.

How should I clean my sterling silver jewelry?
A silver-polishing cloth is a great tool to make your sterling silver jewelry shine again if the pieces have become dull. However, it will not remove scratches. Silver-polishing cloths may be purchased from our online store.
